How collection works
All orders are paid in full online before collection. We don't take payment on site — no card reader, no cash.

Browse and buy online
Find the item you want on this site. Click Buy, fill in your details and pay in full through our secure checkout (Stripe). High-value orders are routed to bank transfer for your protection.

Payment clears, stock is committed
Your order is confirmed once payment clears — card orders instantly, bank transfers once funds arrive in our account. Nothing is picked or packed until then.

Book a collection slot
After payment, you'll receive a link to choose a collection slot from our yard's available times. Slots are typically available Tuesday–Friday, 08:00–16:00. We need at least 24 hours' notice to pick and prepare your order.

Bring photo ID to the yard
On collection day, bring the photo ID of the card or account holder. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know in advance — we'll need written authorisation. No exceptions: ID is checked before release.

Inspect and collect
You'll have the opportunity to inspect the goods at the yard — condition is as described and photographed on the listing. We capture a signed collection note and a photo of the goods loaded on your vehicle for both parties' records.

Confirm receipt
Shortly after collection you'll receive an email asking you to confirm you've received the goods. This closes the order.

We don't offer deliveries as standard. If you need help with transport, get in touch and we can discuss options — price on application.
